to the members of the Mason Dixon Track and Field Cross Country Conference, and it's friends. On May 4/5
, 2007 we will be holding our 71st. Outdoor Championships at Frostburg State University, and I am inviting all of
our old friends and family to be with us when we celebrate this occassion.
